Francis Hopkinson, signer of the Constitution Francis Hopskinson (1737-1791) was a delegate from New Jersey to the Continental Congress and a signer of the Constitution. He was a member of the first class to graduate from the College of Philadelphia, now The University of Pennsylvania.

From a series of beautifully engraved portraits most based upon photographs.
