Lovely original botanical watercolor. Dated lower right “Ilfracombe April 1837.” Ilfracombe is the oldest seaside resort on the North Devon coast. This painting is lovingly detailed and finely rendered.

8 x 5 inches sheet, 15 x 11 ½ inches framed size. Archival framing in gold metal leaf molding, and hand painted French wash matting. Excellent condition.
