 "Roueredo"
A wonderfully detailed view of the picturesque hill town in the district of Moesa in the canto of Graubunden, Switzerland. The town is located on the right bank of the Moesa river. The amazingly detailed view shows the town tucked in between the river and the base of the hills with a castle and many steeples and watch towers rising above the roofs. The engraver has encircled the scene with a frame chock full or decorative motifs of winged putti industriously engaged in the trades that enabled the settlement to thrive.
